Jaya also works as an executive coach focusing on building CARE cultures in organizations. CARE stands for Conversations, Accountability, Reflection, and Empathy and aims to create an atmosphere where people want to come and contribute happily.
When asked about the strategies and methodologies she imparts to offer effective services, Jaya stated that she needs to stick to one framework. Instead, she leverages tools and models such as ICF, Social and Emotional Intelligence, Hogan, Marshal Goldsmith, Systemic Thinking, Supervision, NLP, Mindfulness, and more. She tailors her approach to the specific needs of her clients, drawing from her wealth of experience and knowledge.
To ensure the quality of services throughout coaching engagement, Jaya involves stakeholders in the coaching process. This ensures that any changes are visible and noticeable to the environment, as any change that is not noticed is not considered a change.
Jaya’s journey as a woman entrepreneur in the niche of L&D has been challenging. As a first-generation entrepreneur in her family, she struggled through the uncertainty of entrepreneurship and found it challenging to create an image and place for herself. Being a male-dominated industry made it even more difficult. However, she took on multiple certifications and invested in learning programs to set herself on the right track and nurture her professional journey. Jaya’s journey has given her a powerful mindset and confidence, and today she is recognized as one of the top influencers in the industry.
